La Fiesta, the annual CoFiA Fund Raiser, will be held on October 18, 2014, at 8:00 p.m., at the Legion Hall in Leonia. Tickets--$10/person, $20 for families. Live and recorded music, dancing, refreshments, Guatemalan crafts and more. All proceeds go to support the work of the Community of Friends in Action, a 501(c)3 organization that assists immigrants in the Eastern Bergen and Northern Hudson county area, and works for better immigration policy.
